The idea for CoolieGo began as a simple observation during our countless train journeys across India. As frequent travelers, we, Krishna Pratap Singh Rathore and Anshuman Das, saw the struggle passengers faced with their luggage—waiting in long queues for coolies, juggling multiple bags, and dealing with the stress of crowded platforms. It was clear that something had to change.

With backgrounds in education and production, we knew the power of technology to solve everyday problems. That’s when the concept of CoolieGo was born—a digital platform designed to transform the traditional luggage assistance system in railway stations. Our mission was to simplify the lives of passengers, while also supporting coolies by giving them easy access to more customers.

The road to launching CoolieGo wasn’t always smooth. We faced technical challenges, doubts, and the ever-present fear of the unknown. But what kept us going was a shared vision: creating an app and website that could make travel more convenient and stress-free for millions of Indians. We wanted to do more than just build a business—we wanted to create an impact, to modernize an age-old system and provide dignified work for coolies across the country.
